Andrew joined Hill & Co Financial Advisers Ltd in 2017 after working for a Minister in their Parliamentary Office. After various roles in the Houses of Parliament over the years, he decided to leave the political bubble and move back to Wales to start a new career in financial services.
After completing his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the Personal Finance Society and successfully qualifying as an adviser through the SJP Financial Adviser Academy, the market-leading financial advice training programme, Andrew joined Hill & Co as a Financial Adviser to provide financial advice to individuals in Cardiff, Newport, Bristol and throughout the UK.

Andrew is a strong advocate of goals-based financial planning. He works closely with clients to identify their unique life goals and create tailored strategies that align their financial resources with what matters most. Whether it’s securing a comfortable retirement, purchasing a home, funding education or having that dream holiday. By incorporating cash flow forecasting, Andrew ensures your money is working as efficiently as possible for you, optimising resources to achieve long-term goals while managing day to day financial needs.
Alongside his role in Hill & Co, Andrew is also a Liaison Officer of the South Wales Personal Finance Society, a Committee Member of the Insurance Institute of Cardiff and a Council Member of Novus, the Insurance Institute of Cardiff’s young professionals group. Outside of work, Andrew’s hobbies and interests include cycling, politics, rowing, history, rugby, tennis and skiing.
